Hi there, you can try a few things. First - start training your dog not to get on ANY furniture unless you've told him to come up. If he gets up otherwise, ALWAYS push him off and tell him no.
Second, try getting a doggie bed for your dog, and putting it at the end of your bed, or alongside it. When he gets on your bed, push him off and tell him to go to bed, while trying to tempt him onto his own bed. It may help if you put a dirty pillowcase or tee shirt on his bed, so it smells the same as yours/like you.
Of course, there is always the option of shutting the dog out of your room altogether, or shutting him away in a different part of the house if you keep your door open.
