Want to know is there a link i must go to download the software. Do the software come with the upgrade version. I see all the other downloads links, but i don't see the Secrets to dog training pro software links. Can anybody help..
Hi smooth, thanks for your post. As far as I am aware the software you have purchased is delivered to your house on a cd and should arrive soon. I will however double check this with management for you.
Thanks for your post. I apologize for any confusion caused regarding the whereabouts of the Secrets to Dog Training Pro software download. Unfortunately the software will not be posted to you. However, you do have immediate access to the download version. Please login to your members area and hold your mouse over the Downloads tab at the top of the page. Please then select the Software option from the drop down menu. You will then be taken to the correct download page and you should select either the PC or Mac version depending on your computer. If you have any further problems, please email us at support kingdomofpets.com.
Hello Alpha Dog, when I go to the member area and go to Download tab the only thing in the drop down menu is Secrets to Dog Training and Bonuses...I don't see Software...I will send them a email to see whats going on....
I have the same issue with the videos. I purchased the premium with the 5 hour videos on aggressive dogs and only have the 'basic' which came with the $39, book, audiobook, pdfs etc... I did send a message but haven't heard back in 24 hours+ now.
