I downloaded my videos. Some will not play to completion. They stop partway and then start over. I have deleted the file and tried to download again. I get the message "Video can't be played because the file is corrupt."
I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the videos. Our most sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. There have been problems with Firefox; it's settings don't allow you to click the "Download Video" button.However, if you right click on the "Download Video" button, you'll be able to choose to save it to your computer. You could also use a different browser (like Google Chrome or Internet Explorer) to download the videos.
