I just adopted a multipoo. Ahe appears to have fear aggression towards men except 3 men I work with. She will even go crazy over men that are in the next driveway. How do I correct this
The best thing for these situations is to continue to exposing her to men so that she gets used to it and stops reacting. If you ignore her when she goes berserk, does she calm down quicker?
Try having some guy friends over and have them completely ignore her - even if shes barking and growling. Just carry on talking - dont even look at her. Once she calms down, you tell her how good she is. If she works up again, ignore her again. Does that make sense?
