When training a puppy, what are the basic commands I should start with and in which order should they be taught?

The basic commands and logical order that you can introduce in (although it doesn't matter if they are a bit mixed up) are:
1.Come
2.Sit
3.Okay and No
4.Hold and Leave
If you have a look at SitStayFetch this is all cover in pages 109 -112.
