my 3 yr old French Bulldog will always act with high energy when someone enters the buzzer to get into the building and I answer "who" he starts running to the door and jumping. same thing when the person actually enters the apartment he starts jumping on the person which I don't want him to' I want him to remain calm. even when I pick up my phone and say "hello I'm coming" he knows and goes to the door and starts running and jumping and doing all sorts of things when I want him to just remain calm
