I have a 2 month old Doberman Pinscher puppy I got at 5 weeks old. I also have two older female dogs. A Piekingese and a Shih Tzu. The puppy bites at the pekingese's tail and nips at both of them and barks and chases them. I am at wits end and I am very frustrated. I don't know what to do. I sometimes just sit down and cry!

It isn't uncommon for puppies to do what you have described. They are puppies after all! Usually, the older dogs will make it clear to the pup when they have had enough and so you shouldn't have to interfere at all.
If it really bothers you, all that you can do to prevent it is either a) separate them when the pup starts behaving that way or b) give the pup other things to do- lots of exercise, chewies, toys etc.
