She follows me everywhere and loves to be taken on walks in the neighborhood

Have you cleaned the bed sheets thoroughly? She made have had one accident there and now repeats it because it still smells like her pee.

Are you taking her out often enough throughout the day? Could these be incidents where she just can't "hold it" anymore?

You might think about a vet checkup to make sure its not something health related - a UTI or bladder sphincter problem...

I ;have laundered all bedding. I even fluipped the matress. I leave her in the house when I leave for a couple of hours and never a problem. I thought once she might be wantng attention, but she has plenty of that. I haven't aken her to the vet but her y erly check up comes soon. I'm about ready to "throw in the towel" HELP

Is she jumping up and peeing while you are in/on the bed, or is it while you are away?

I am home but not on or in the bed. It seems as if she is just being spiteful

It may be worth trying your vet for a check up - female dogs can have incontinence issues if they've been speyed, or it may be a urinary infection.
