How long does it take

I am having a heck of a time getting answers, how long does it take to get replys from a trainer? Is it normal to not receive replys/answers to some questions and does it sometimes take more than 3 days? Help

Sorry to say this but I have a post that still has not received any responses. I wonder if there truly are trainers involved with this!
