Make sure our emails reach you
Replies and updates from the affiliate team come from marketing@
Gmail
- If the email is in Spam, open it and click Report not spam.
- If it’s in the Promotions tab, drag it into the Primary tab, and choose Yes when Gmail asks whether to do this for future emails.
- Hover over the sender’s name and choose Add to contacts.
Outlook and Hotmail
- If the email is in Junk Email, select it and choose Not junk.
- On Outlook.com, open Settings, then Mail, then Junk email, and add the address under Safe senders and domains.
- In the Outlook desktop app, right-click the email and choose Junk, then Never Block Sender.
Apple Mail
- If the email is in Junk, open it and click Not Junk (on iPhone, move it to your Inbox).
- Click or tap the sender’s address at the top of the email and add it to your contacts.
Yahoo Mail
- If the email is in Spam, open it and click Not spam.
- Open the email, click the sender’s name and choose Add to contacts.
Work email
- Ask whoever looks after your company’s email to allow messages from the address below.
