Walking problems

My 13 week Weimaraner is terrified when we leave the yard to go for a walk.
To take her for a walk I have to pick her up and pack her to the main road. If I try to make her she "sits" and cries. What could be the cause of this and how do I resolve it

Thanks for your message!

Has she been adequately leash-trained? Fear of the leash is probably a more common finding. If you think this may be the case, then just leaving the leash on her (ALWAYS under supervision) at home will help her get used to it. The same goes for the collar or harness that you are using.
